Ma'ayanot is located in Har Nof, one of Jerusalem’s premier religious neighborhoods. Students experience the unique combination of learning in the spiritual center of the world, while looking out their windows into the rolling hills of the pastoral Jerusalem Forest.

All students live in the well-appointed dormitory apartments a short walk from the school. In addition to climate-controlled sleeping facilities, apartments contain kitchens sufficiently equipped to prepare meals. Three nutritious, delicious meals are served in the school daily. Vegetarian meals are available upon request.

Key elements in the Ma'ayanot Israel experience are the ruach-filled and inspirational Shabbatonim. Some are in Har Nof, while others are hosted at various locations throughout the country. Students are encouraged to spend “free” Shabbatot with Israeli relatives and friends. The aim bayit arranges home hospitality for all interested students. Ma'ayanot is a family; no one will be left without a welcoming place to be for Shabbat.
